For a while now I’ve been threatening to write a blog listing the health walks of a few friends and work colleagues with slight health issues. Founded by a long friendship between Richard and myself, and some previous walks, to the pub in those days, we decided that it would be good to get a few more men out for exercise and a chance to chat. Once we discovered the possibility of finishing the walk with a good Full English breakfast, there was no stopping further recruits coming on board.
Hopefully I’ll start adding the walks in a chronological order, the route and some photos. If I can get the forum working then stories and anecdotes can be added. No mention of poached eggs or speeding though.
